Join us on Wednesday, June 12th from 6p - 8p at Local Coffee House for a deep dive into Conscious Capitalism, the 4 Tenets, and what it means to be a member.

The CCAV team will be present to connect in person and answer any questions you may have.

“We believe that business is good because it creates value, it is ethical because it is based on voluntary exchange, it is noble because it can elevate our existence and it is heroic because it lifts people out of poverty and creates prosperity. Free enterprise capitalism is the most powerful system for social cooperation and human progress ever conceived. It is one of the most compelling ideas we humans have ever had. But we can aspire to even more.” - From the Conscious Capitalist Credo

Tickets available for purchase HERE.

Imagine where we will be as a community in 5 years if we continue to serve and grow businesses that make profit, elevate humanity and shift culture towards the good of all.

We believe this is possible.

We simply cannot afford to live in a way that constantly depletes resources and people. We deserve better, our planet deserves better and we know together we can do better. We are inspired by and so grateful for those who have proven that the 4 tenets of conscious capitalism work. We stand on the shoulders of those great entrepreneurs who believe that consciousness and capitalism are an imperative and perfect partnership.

CCAV members are committed to utilizing the 4 tenets (Higher Purpose, Stakeholder Orientation, Conscious Leadership and Conscious Culture) of conscious capitalism as the guiding forces behind all that they do in business.

Current members include :: Lead with Love, Coventure, Koru, Here House, Local Coffee House and Aspen Business Luncheon.

1. Higher Purpose

Knowing WHY your business exists provides you with a compass to find and stay focused on achieving your Higher Purpose. Profit is a means to the end of purpose for conscious businesses.

2. Stakeholder Orientation

Conscious businesses value and care for EVERYONE in their ecosystem, motivating their stakeholders by creating “win-win-win” outcomes for all who are impacted by their business.

3. Conscious Leadership

Conscious Leaders focus on “we,” rather than “me.” They keep the business focused on its Higher Purpose, and support the people within the organization to create value for all of the organization’s stakeholders. They recognize the integral role of culture and purposefully cultivate a Conscious Culture of trust and care.

4.Conscious Culture

Culture is the embodied values, principles and practices underlying the social fabric of a business, signaling “how” business is done. A Conscious Culture fosters love and care and builds trust between a company’s team members and its other stakeholders. Conscious Culture also includes accountability, transparency, integrity, loyalty, egalitarianism, fairness, and personal growth, acting as an energizing and unifying force that truly brings a conscious business to life.
